Dr. Steven Sabath and Jennifer Sabath sold a two-bath home at 1659 Friar Tuck Ave. in Highland Park to Juki Wing Keung Ng and Shan Tsui Ng for $365,000 on Sept. 18.

The Sabaths paid $365,000 for the 1,377-square-foot home in July 2003. It was built in 1968 in Sherwood Manor subdivision in the neighborhood of Highland Park West.

Dr. Sabath is an internist at Cancer Treatment Centers of America at the Midwestern Regional Medical Center.

He previously volunteered as a resident physician at a community health clinic on Chicago's west side, serving many of the area's underprivileged residents.

He completed a residency in internal medicine at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge and obtained a medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 240 home sales in Highland Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $432,430.
