Dr. Anton L. Trochanov and Nadia Trochanova bought the two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 2453 Waterbury Lane in Buffalo Grove from U.S. Bank National Association for $261,000 on Sept. 14.

U.S. Bank acquired the property on April 2.

Dr. Trochanov has been an associate medical director of Pharmacovigilance at Takeda Pharmaceuticals.

He previously was an associate scientific and medical director at Protalex Inc. He also was a fellow of internal medicine at Capital Health System, Fuld Campus in Trenton, N.J., and a research scientist at Huntingdon Life Sciences in New Jersey.

He received his M.D. from Medicinski Universitet - Sofia.

The condo development at 2453 Waterbury Lane also is known as Waterbury Place. It was constructed in 2006.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 436 sales in Buffalo Grove in 2008, with a median sales price of $365,000.
