Danielle Kozin bought a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 33 W. Huron St. in Near North from Erin and Jordan Pockross for $605,000 on Sept. 16.

The Pockrosses bought Unit #511 for $531,000 in June 2003. The condo is part of the Huron Plaza development, which was built in 1999 and has 67 units on nine floors.

Ms. Kozin has been a counselor at Apachi Village Day Camp and a tutor at Norwood Park School.

She studied elementary education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 568 sales in Near North in 2008, with a median sales price of $415,000.
