Kendra and Craig Melodia sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1200 N. Wells St. in Old Town to Charles Lewis for $361,000 on Sept. 16.

The Melodias bought Unit #2 for $300,000 in June 2002. The 1,650-square-foot condo is one of three units in the development at 1200 N. Wells St.

Ms. Melodia is general manager at the Chicago office of Waterworks, a luxury bath concept and design company. Prior to joining Waterworks in 1996, she was a sales consultant at Beacon Hill and she worked for Baker, Knapp and Tubbs.

She attended Sewickley Academy and graduated from Ohio University in 1994.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 192 sales in Old Town in 2008, with a median sales price of $295,000.
