JPMorgan execs spend $2.55M on Lincoln Park 6BD

Medium 9ac8487aedcd1cf411bd83ddf4c62b56 Robert and Alissa Wiedelman bought a six-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 2031 N. Clifton Ave. in Lincoln Park from Robin and Joseph McInerney for $2.55 million.

The McInerneys paid $1.4 million for the home in March 2006. The 4,276-square-foot home in the Sheffield Neighbors subdivision was built in 2004.

Mr. Wiedelman is an executive director at JPMorgan. He was a director at First Chicago Capital Markets for seven years.

He holds a M.B.A. in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mrs. Wiedelman has worked for JPMorgan in New Jersey.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 841 home sales in Lincoln Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $426,000.
