Ms. Norr has been a call management leader at GE - PMG.

Prior to becoming the call management leader, she was the strategic initiatives leader at GE Money Americas. She also was a black belt and new product manager at GE Consumer Finance.

She attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 941 home sales in Waukegan in 2008, with a median sales price of $89,000.
