The 3,843-square-foot house, which was built in 2003, is in the Villa Park North neighborhood.

Fasih Farooqui is an IT project manager at Synovate, a global market research company that provides research solutions and services to clients in more than 60 countries. Prior to this, he served as a senior business analyst at Wachovia Securities, as a business analyst at Fannie Mae and as an application developer at Allstate.

He attended the University of Illinois.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 15 sales in Unincorporated Villa Park in 2008, with a median price of $138,500.
