Philamn and Stephanie Lau sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1200 W. Monroe St. on the Near West Side to Rajat Bhasin for $367,500 on Sept. 21.

The Laus paid $352,000 for the property in March 2006. The 1,345-square-foot Unit #620 is part of the Metro, which was built in 2003 and includes 136 units.

Mr. Lau is director of technology at Gate58 Marketing LLC. He previously served as senior application developer at TransUnion Interactive, as an application developer at uBid Inc., as a web marketing manager and developer at ITServ Inc. and he was an application engineer for Giant Step.

He attended Washington University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 249 condo sales on the Near West Side in 2008, with a median sales price of $298,000.
