Dr. Jared Hossack and Kelly Burkert sold a three-bedroom, four-bath condo at 1009 W. Altgeld St. in Lincoln Park to Nelson H. Chen for $480,000 on Sept. 23.

Dr. Hossack and Burkert paid $535,000 for the property in July 2006. Unit #1 is part of the Soda Pop Factory development, which was built in 1988 in the Wrightwood Neighbors subdivision.

Dr. Hossack has practiced internal medicine in Brookline, Mass. He is affiliated with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

He received his M.D. from the Thomas Jefferson University Jefferson Medical College and completed his residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Med Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 628 condo sales in Lincoln Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $358,500.
