The 2,208-square-foot house in the Central Niles neighborhood was built in 1959.

Ms. Dreger is the director of publications at the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, an international medical society that provides leadership to promote optimal health and safety of workers, workplaces and environments.

She attended the West Virginia University School of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 276 home sales in Niles in 2008, with a median sales price of $240,000.
