Shabbir Karimi sold a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 201 N. Westshore Dr. in Streeterville to Paul and Eunhi Chung for $486,500 on Oct. 13.

Shabbir Karimi paid $488,500 for the Unit #1708 in March 2005. It is part of the Lancaster Condo development, which is in the New Eastside neighborhood.

Karimi serves as a software engineering manager at the Hostway Corporation, a web hosting company. Prior to joining Hostway, he was the co-founder of Aidenblerb Consulting.

He graduated from DePaul University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 174 condo sales in Streeterville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $490,000.
