Albert and Patricia Treccia sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 438 S. Kenilworth Ave. in Elmhurst to Prudential Relocation Inc. for $460,000 on Oct. 14.

The Treccias paid $455,000 for the property in May 2009. The 2,304-square-foot home was built in 1964 in the Elmhurst South neighborhood.

Mr. Treccia is a senior retail manager at the cereal and convenience foods producer Kellogg's. He joined the company in Jan. 2007 as a retail team leader and was later promoted to manager of team sales.

He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 380 home sales in Elmhurst during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $339,000.
