Donald T. Krihak sold a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 2641 N. Wayne Ave. in Lincoln Park to Christopher and Sarah Sagan for $1.93 million on Nov. 12.

Krihak paid $750,000 for the property in Nov. 2005. The 1,680-square-foot house was built in 1890.

Mr. Krihak has been a national account manager at Midland Packaging. Prior to that, he worked in systems sales packaging at xpedx.

He holds a B.S. in economics from the Northern Illinois University College of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 846 home sales in Lincoln Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $415,000.
