KPMG exec gets Arlington Heights home

Medium 68e6c3f0ce3e9b6b75dbe4b72a5f21c1 George and Julie Haenisch bought a 2.5-bath home at 1819 Robinhood Lane in Arlington Heights from Helen, Orville, Alvin and Karen Urban for $351,000 on Oct. 21.

The 2,070-square-foot home was built in 1969 in the North Arlington Heights/Lake Arlington Park neighborhood.

Mr. Haenisch is a director at the Chicago office of KPMG, a professional services firm. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior manager at IBM Global Business Services, Bearingpoint and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Before that, he served as the chief information officer and co-founder at Vation Inc., a manager of Internet application at Whittman-Hart and a senior systems engineer at DC Systems.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 818 home sales in Arlington Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $273,500.
