Software engineer acquires 5BD home for $1.25M

Medium 8c7795a57cb96acd33ab5ee4d3a93893 Amy and Anthony Sintes bought a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 521 N. Center St. in Naperville from Jonathan D. Wysaski for $1.25 million on Oct. 15.

Wysaki acquired the property for $360,000 in Jan. 2006. The 2,340-square-foot house was built in 1987 in the Naperville Country Club neighborhood.

Ms. Sintes works in the technical product development and software engineering department at LinkIndigo, which provides network and operations solutions to service providers, enterprise networks and communications equipment suppliers. Prior to this, she worked with the network solutions group of Tellabs Operations and was a product manager at Traian Internet Products.

She earned a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Mr. Sintes is the president of an electronic financial services company which provides consulting and licensed trading systems. He is also the founder and principal of First Class Consulting. Previously, he served as a principal at Object Paradigms, an application architect at Bank of America and W.W. Grainger and he was a senior principal consultant at Broadvision and ObjectWave.

He earned a degree in computer science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 770 home sales in Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $307,500.
