University of Chicago exec sells Winnetaka 2BD

Medium 296360a1dc2e9ff72aa34651ddd08f97 Keith and Lynne Dipple sold a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 1146 Cherry St. in Winnetka to Georgene A. Cevasco for $680,000 on Oct. 19.

The Dipples paid $589,000 for the property in April 2000. The 2,314-square-foot house was built in 1928 in the Central Winnetka neighborhood.

Mr. Dipple works as an assistant director of employer relations and development at the University of Chicago. Prior to that, he was an adjunct instructor at the DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management and he worked in the financial sector as a trader, sales specialist and manager.

He holds a bachelor's degree in health care management and a master's in leadership from Bellevue University.

Cevasco has been the manager of audio publishing at Hay House Inc. Prior to that, she was the managing director of audio, video and books at Nightingale-Conant.

She attended St. John's University and New York University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 153 home sales in Winnetka during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $902,500.
