Mark and Rebekah Nesbitt sold a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 807 Stoddard Ave. in Wheaton to Kathleen L. Hamlin for $324,500 on Oct. 2.

The Nesbitts paid $209,000 for the property in Aug. 2000. The 1,611-square-foot house was built in 1955 in the Wheaton Northeast neighborhood.

Mr. Nesbitt is the owner of Digital Life Solutions in Wheaton. He is also a freelance writer and the president and co-founder of Present Pathway Ministries.

He earned his bachelor's degree in international ministry and Bible theology from the Moody Bible Institute. He is currently working on his master's degree in church history at the Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.

Ms. Nesbitt is an associate publisher of non-fiction books at Tyndale House Publishers in Carol Stream. Prior to that, she was the director of fiction and acquisitions director at Tyndale.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 431 home sales in Wheaton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $287,750.
