Meghan Orr and Daniel Orr bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1265 Yorkshire Woods Court in Wheaton from Giancarlo J. Saccucci and Katherine L. Saccucci for $375,000 on Oct. 19.

The Saccuccis bought the property for $309,000 in July 1998.

The 2,576-square-foot house,, built in 1980, is in the Harrison subdivision in Wheaton Southwest.

Ms. Orr, a psychologist, served her post-doctoral internship at Sheridan Shores Care & Rehabilitation Center.

She previously worked as a psychology extern at Illinois Masonic Medical Center and diagnostic practicum intern at Riverside Medical Center's Mental Health Inpatient Unit.

She attended Indiana University in Bloomington and the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 410 home sales in Wheaton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $288,000.
