Business development V.P. buys Elmhurst 5BD

Medium 145c4b7af12415af305b6f8c41b0aa40 Fabien and Tammy Pesenti bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 699 S. Fairfield Ave. in Elmhurst from Rick L. Heinemann for $485,000 on Oct. 26.

The Heinemanns paid $250,000 for the property in Oct. 2005. The 2,566-square-foot house was built in 1955 in the Elmhurst South neighborhood.

Mr. Pesenti has been a country manager and vice president of business development at Six Card Solutions, formerly known as 3C. Prior to that, he worked as a sales manager at Matik North America, Jagenberg and the Beloit Corp.

He holds a master's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Maine. He also attended the French Pulp, Paper, Printing Engineering School and the University of Science of Grenoble.

Ms. Pesenti has been a customer service lead at AAPM&R, a medical organization. Prior to that, she worked as program manager at NAPL, an assistant director at NAMI-Greater Chicago and an executive director at NAMI-Western Massachusetts.

She holds a B.S.W. in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 435 home sales in Elmhurst during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $335,000.
