Guzdziol and O'Brien paid $372,000 for the 2,797-square-foot property in May 1999. It was built in 1998 in the Klein Creek subdivision.

Guzdziol and O'Brien are the owners of BrightStar Healthcare, a provider of life care, kid care and health care staffing solutions to families and businesses in Naperville, Lisle, Woodridge and Bolingbrook.

Guzdziol is the co-founder and a former chief executive officer of Global E-Sourcing Inc. He also held executive positions with Home Decor Products Inc., Suiteplay! Fun Home Furnishings, The Great Indoors and Sears Roebuck and Co.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 36 home sales in Unincorporated Winfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $358,750.
