Law firm partner sells Deerfield 3BD

Medium 6d384b5ebe11610c25a7cffd15dcbead Sarah Raddatz and William R. Raddatz bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 745 Carlisle Ave. in Deerfield from Lawrence I. Shulruff and Joy P. Shulruff for $330,000 on Oct. 22.

The 1,710-square-foot house was built in 1967 in the Briarwood Country Club/Deerfield Southeast neighborhood.

Mr. Shulruff is a partner at Sudekum, Cassidy and Shulruff, Chtd.

He previously was a newspaper reporter for several papers, including the The Denver Post.

He received a B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an M.S.J. from Northwestern University and a J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 168 home sales in Deerfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $400,000.
