Fumi Ishikawa sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 3125 Cottonwood Court in Highland Park to Shepherd Roberts and Yaling Tsen for $420,000 on Oct. 8.

Ishikawa paid $475,000 for the property in Sept. 2005. The 2,354-square-foot house was built in 1988 in the North of Half Day Road/Fort Sheridan neighborhood.

Ishikawa is marketing manager at Abbott Laboratories.

She attended the Osaka Prefecture University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 244 home sales in Highland Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $425,099.
