Dr. Jinu P. Kamdar and Meghana J. Kamdar sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1190 Tulip Tree Lane in Lake Villa to Alan and Jeannie Noon for $300,000 on Oct. 8.

The Kamdars bought the property for $429,242 in Feb. 2006. The 3,190-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Lake Villa West neighborhood.

Dr. Kamdar is a surgeon in Great Lakes.

He received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin's Madison School of Medicine and Public Health and completed his residency in surgery at the University of Arizona College of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 82 home sales in Lake Villa during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $245,000.
