Dr. Clarence A. Parks bought a 4-bath home at 1505 Lanark Street in Flossmoor from Frank G. Delisi III and Stephanie Delisi for $550,000 on Oct. 2.

The Delisis paid $652,000 for the property in July 2006. The 4,066-square-foot house was built in 2001 in Southwest Flossmoor.

Dr. Parks is an internist and pediatrician with Lifetime Medical Associates and an instructor in pediatrics and internal medicine for Rush Medical College.

He received his bachelor's degree from Rush Medical College, and completed his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics through Wayne State University at Detroit Medical Center in Detroit.

Mr. Delisi is the chief executive officer of Lincoln Park Hospital in Chicago, now Merit Health Systems, LLC.

He received a bachelor of science and master of health care administration degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 165 sales in Flossmoor during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $203,000.
