Audrey Selin and Steven Weisman bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 659 W. Randolph St. in the West Loop from Dags Desplaines LLC for $499,000 on Sept. 21.

Unit #1701 is part of the R + D 659 development, which was built in 2008 and houses 207 units.

Ms. Selin is a partner at Neal Gerber Eisenberg LLP. Her practice areas include real estate, commercial leasing and finance.

She received her B.S. from the University of Illinois and she earned her J.D. from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 216 condo sales in the West Loop in 2008, with a median sales price of $306,500.
