Unit #2 is one of 13 condos in the development at 1056 N. Wood St., which was constructed in 1908.

Mr. Arvan has been a derivatives documentation specialist. In the past, he worked as a foreign exchange documentation specialist at JPMorgan Chase and at Bear Stearns. He also worked as a field research tracker at Envirosell.

He holds a B.F.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. He also attended the City University of New York-Hunter College from 2005 to 2007.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 122 condo sales in the Ukrainian Village during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $368,750.
