Gregory Slome bought a two-bedroom, two bath condo at 635 W. Wrightwood for $555,000 from Kieran Browne on Aug. 10.

Browne spent $545,000 for Unit #3E in April 2004. The condo was listed for $572,000 and sold after 55 days on the market.

In Aug. 2000 Slome, 43, was named director of treasury and international finance of USRobotics, a maker of routers, broadband modems, and security devices based in Schaumburg.

A CPA, Slome has a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University.

There are five units in the five-story building at 635 W. Wrightwood, located between Clark and Halsted. The average sale price of those units is $482,475.
