Justin and Natalie Greer bought a three-bedroom, 3.1 bath townhome at 1833 N. Dayton for $582,000 on Sept. 5 from Dr. George Haines III and Dr. Judy Cho.

Haines and Cho paid $431,250 for the home in Oct. 2003. Originally listed price at $587,000, the sale lasted 56 days on the market.

Mr. Greer is a sales associate for Koenig & Strey real estate in Lincoln Park.

Mrs. Greer was recently promoted to senior copywriter at Chicago-based health care advertising agency Abelson Taylor, where she started in 2001. She has a M.A. from Northwestern and a B.A. from Bucknell University, in Lewisburg, Pa.

Dr. Cho is an assistant professor of medicine in the Martin Boyer Laboratories at the University of Chicago. She specializes in research for Crohn's Disease and used to work for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America, Inc. Dr. Haines is a medical researcher at Northwestern University.
