Kolb is vice president in the qualified retirement plans services group of GreatBanc Trust Company. He also is a lawyer who specializes in civil litigation matters.

He previously was an assistant vice president and compliance officer at La Salle Bank.

He received a B.A. from Indiana University and a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School.

According to Blockshopper.com, there have been 244 condo sales in Buffalo Grove during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $156,000.
