Andrew and Jennifer Dittberner sold a 2.5-bath, 3,218-square-foot home at 1175 Waterview Circle in Antioch to James and Stacy Davidson for $269,000 on July 12.

The Dittberners paid $323,000 for the property in February 2004, the same year the home in the East of Main Street neighborhood was built. It is located in the Clublands of Antioch subdivision.

Mr. Dittberner has been vice president of research at GN Resound, a provider of hearing aids and diagnostic audiological instrumentation.

He also has been an assistant professor at the University of Northern Colorado.

He attended the University of Iowa and the University of Arizona.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 210 home sales in Antioch during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $187,500.
