Andrew Zanevsky and Katrin Zanevsky bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 2222 Highmoor Road in Highland Park from Deutsche Bank National Company for $220,000 on Nov. 5.

Deutsche Bank National Company acquired for the property June 14. The 3,142-square-foot house was built in 1926 in Highland Park West neighborhood.

Mr. Zanevsky is an independent consultant and the founder and president of AZ Databases Inc.

He has worked with several companies, such as NORC, Encompass Medical Group P.A., Broadcom and Dotomi Inc.

He holds a degree from the Belarus State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.

He moved to the United States from Minsk, Belarus in 1991.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 315 home sales in Highland Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $425,000.
