Keith A. Schoenfeld and Ann Schoenfeld bought a four-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 1310 Brandywine Road in Libertyville from Donna A. Barnett for $1.1 million on July 7.

The 5,295-square-foot property was built in 1997 in Libertyville West. It is located in the Canterbury Circle subdivision.

Mr. Schoenfeld is a certified public accountant who serves as the partner in charge of accounting and auditing services at the accounting firm of Mowery & Schoenfeld.

Prior to co-founding Mowery & Schoenfeld in 1996, he worked for eight years in the Oak Brook office of Crowe, Chizek and Company LLC, where he was a senior manager. He also was a principal with a smaller accounting firm located in Lake Forest.

He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University in 1986.

The Schoenfelds sold a property at 1504 Golfview Drive in Glendale Heights for $94,000 in July 1993.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 208 home sales in Libertyville in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $368,000.
