The Autis paid $285,000 for the property in March 2005. The 2,097-square-foot house was built in 1997 in the Frontenac neighborhood. It is located in the Chicory Place subdivision.

Auti is general manager at Mahindra Satyam BPO, a business consulting company.

Previously, he was production manager at Fiat. Before that, he was assistant manager at Fiat Auto S.p.A., Italy.

He attended the Institute of Technology at Banaras Hindu University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,947 sales in Aurora during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $174,000.
