Former bank business analyst purchases 4BD in Naperville

Medium cc7a7c9b61e2e52edc970f3d86c06c6a Katherine Brose and Samuel J. Nicita bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 1668 Imperial Circle in Naperville from Sandra Hunter and Stephen L. Hunter for $850,000 on June 3.

The Hunters acquired the property for $840,000 in June 2004. The 3,932-square-foot house was built in 1996 in Greater Cress Creek. It is located in the Cress Creek Commons subdivision.

Brose previously was a business analyst at First Chicago Bank and Trust.

Before that, she was a system analyst at Andersen Worldwide and a business analyst at Bank of America. Earlier, she was a project manager at SunGuard and an analyst at The Chase Manhattan Bank.

She received a degree in communications from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. in finance from Loyola University of Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,817 home sales in Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $331,000.
