Edward and Ann McBrien bought a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 303 E. 6th St. in Hinsdale from Barrett Builders Inc. for $3.6 million on June 10.

The 5,884-square-foot was built in 2007 in the Robbins Historic District subdivision. It is located in the South Hinsdale/Robbins Park neighborhood.

Mr. McBrien is the president of the western division of MillerCoors.

He previously held a number of sales positions at Procter & Gamble for 13 years, before joining Coors.

He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 301 home sales in Hinsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $757,500.
