Mr. Lautenslager is a marketing and public relations consultant, direct-mail promotion specialist, principle with the marketing consulting firm Marketing Now. He also is president and owner of The Ink Well, a commercial printing and mailing company in Wheaton.

He attended Miami University and the University of Dayton.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,827 home sales in Aurora during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $174,000.
