The 4,536-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Heritage Woods neighborhood.

Mr. Konrad is the president of Konrad Inc. in Chicago.

Previously, he was the vice president of The Lakelands Building Group. Before that, he was the director for construction at Fessler Inc. He also worked in sales for Edward Hines Lumber Co.

He studied business and marketing at North Central College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,817 home sales in Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $331,000.
