Riaz Husein bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 3941 Broadmoor Court in Aurora from John J. Carey and Nichola Carey for $490,000 on Nov. 19.

The Careys paid $530,000 for the house in Nov. 2000. The 4,696-square-foot house was built in 1988 in Greater White Eagle. It is located in the White Eagle Club subdivision.

Husein is the director of Midwest furniture and bedding operations at Macy's. He also was vice president of operations and IT at Morris Furniture Company and has more than 20 years of experience in supply chain and logistics operations.

He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,170 home sales in Aurora during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $166,000.
