Mr. Janik is a real estate broker and the president and owner of Heritage Realty and Development in Roselle. He currently serves as director of A.I.M.S. and the Roselle Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Eicholz previously sold his home at 915 Longford St. in Roselle in March 2008 for $277,220.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 169 home sales in Roselle during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $219,000.
