Angiene A. Vanfleet sold a five-bath home at 455 Lake Run Court in North Aurora to Charles R. Sleezer and Joanne G. Sleezer for $525,000 on Nov. 18.

Angiene A. Vanfleet and Thomas A. Vanfleet acquired the home for $622,000 in Aug. 2006. The property is in North Aurora West. It is located in the Lake Run Estates subdivision.

Ms. Vanfleet is director of strategic account sales at UPS. Prior to that, she was an account manager at Emery Worldwide, an airline firm.

She graduated from Northern Illinois University.

The Vanfleets also sold a home at 249 Grand Ridge Rd in St. Charles for $275,000 in Sept. 2006.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 139 home sales in North Aurora during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $230,000.
