Brian B. Wayer and Jennifer G. Wayer bought a five-bath home at 2497 Royal St. Georges Court in St. Charles from Maria R. Morin and Tab M. Morin for $470,000 on Dec. 20.

The 3,242-square-foot house, which was built in 1998, is in St. Charles Northeast. It is located in The Royal Fox subdivision.

Mr. Wayer is an operations director at OfficeMax. Prior to that, he was a distribution manager at OfficeMax. He also worked as a regional distribution center manager at Boise Cascade, a wood products and building materials company and a distribution shift manager at Boise Office Solutions. Additionally, he was a warehouse manager at Tristar Industries, a bolt and nuts provider.

He attended Illinois State University and received his bachelor's degree in business management from Roosevelt University.

The Wayers also sold a home at 145 N. Rose St. in Palatine for $370,000 in June 2006.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 313 home sales in St. Charles during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $245,000.
