Chris Pieta has listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 927 Cedar Lane in Northbrook for $1.499 million.

Chris Pieta acquired the house for $472,000 in Sept. 2007. The 1,305-square-foot house in the Central Northbrook neighborhood was built in 1960.

Mr. Pieta is the owner of Climate Control Plus Ltd., an air conditioning service company in Elmwood Park.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 432 sales in Northbrook in 2008, with a median price of $416,000.
