The 5,083-square-foot house was built in 1952 in Lake Forest Central. William Kashul of Prudential Rubloff is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Coffin is a founding member of America True, a non-profit group that promotes sailing in the United States.

He founded Vision Ventues, LLC, a business consulting and venture capital group.

Prior to founding Vision Ventures, he served as the vice president of business development for the U.S. Robotics Personal Communications Division.
