Bank of America VP lists Hinsdale 3BD

Medium 16a03011fd6bf2d4e9e2481bcbaa2ac5 David and Eileen Stang are selling a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 424 S. Quincy St. in Hinsdale for $799,000.

The Stangs bought the property for $680,000 in Sept. 2001. The 2,824-square-foot house in the Hinsdale West neighborhood was built in 1993. Cathleen Callen of County Line Properties is the listing agent.

Mr. Stang is senior vice president at Bank of America. He is also a member of the Central Station Alarm Association. He was a senior associate at Coopers & Lybrand and he worked for LaSalle Bank as a senior vice president and head of the security alarm division.

He earned his B.B.A. in accounting from Notre Dame University in 1986 and his M.B.A. in finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1991.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 185 home sales in Hinsdale in 2008, with a median sales price of $760,000.
