Barbara Valdez and Herman Valdez have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1812 N. Washington St. in Wheaton for $824,500.

The Valdezes paid $285,000 for the property in July 2006. The 3,600-square-foot house was built in 2008 in the the Wheaton Northeast neighborhood. Lauri Coopman of Realty Executives Premiere is the listing agent for the property.

Mr. Valdez is vice president of operations at Advanced Telecommunications of Illinois Inc., a communication solutions provider in Chicago.

The Valdezes also have owned homes at 1909 Driving Park Road in Wheaton and at 5N390 Robin Drive in Wayne.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 33 home sales in Wheaton during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $144,500.
