David Lobdell and Sandy Longworth have listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 1343 Fargo Blvd. in Geneva for $549,000.

Lobdell and Longworth paid $505,000 for the property in May 2005. The 3,632-square-foot house was built in 1992 in Geneva Southwest neighborhood. It is located in the Eaglebrook Country Club subdivision. Doug Drazek of PorchLight Properties is the listing agent of the home.

Mr. Lobdell is an of counsel at Woodvale Partners, a venture capital firm.

He also is a strategic adviser at OCA Ventures. He has served in several senior executive legal, business development, and venture capital roles, and previously was a senior executive with All Optical Networks Inc. Prior to that, he was managing director and co-founder of Forefront Capital Management, and vice president, corporate counsel and director of business development in international services for Caremark International Inc.

He received his bachelor's degree in economics and management from Beloit College and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
