Chicago's North Side saw 41 foreclosures during the week of Oct. 12-19, according to BlockShopper.com.

West Rogers Park recorded the highest number during the week with 10 foreclosures. Lincoln Park, Near North and North Park all had four.

Most notable among the foreclosures was a two-story home at 2704 N. Dayton St. in Lincoln Park. The 1,221-square-foot home last sold for $875,000 in January 2007.

Also foreclosed on in Lincoln Park was a one-bath condo at 2052 N. Lincoln Park West, Unit #1609. The condo last sold for $231,000 in February 2005 and is currently offered for sale for $129,900.

There have been 867 foreclosures on Chicago's North Side so far in 2009.
