Kristi D. Page bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 45 Brier St. in Winnetka from Steven Goldstein and Debra Goldstein for $1.15 million on Nov. 21.

The Goldsteins paid $815,000 for the property in June 2003. The 2,639-square-foot home in South Winnetka/Indian Hill was built in 1948.

According to the Deloitte Development LLC website, Page is a principal in the consumer products practice at Deloitte Consulting LLP, a professional services firm. She is also a member of the firm's strategy and operations practice.

She holds an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 229 home sales in Winnetka during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $890,000.
