Robert Tivadar sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2029 N. Hoyne Ave. in Bucktown to Edward Kruschka for $417,000 on Nov. 21.

Tivadar paid $359,000 for the property in October 2011. The 1,400-square-foot home was built in 1892.

According to her public LinkedIn profile, Tivadar is director of operations at EDE Corporation, a Chicago-based provider of custom and rental trade show exhibits, museum exhibits as well as architectural graphics and woodworking.

He attended the University of Illinois at Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 356 home sales in Bucktown during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $440,000.
