Jemelle Cunningham sold a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 926 E. Hyde Park Blvd. in Hyde Park to Asif Daya for $320,000 on Nov. 22.

Cunningham paid $287,000 for the property in May 2009. Unit 4 is 2,750-square-foot in size.

According to the Lad Law Group P.C. website, Cunningham, an employment attorney, is the founder of the Chicago-based law firm. She is also an adjunct professor at Lewis University. She previously worked as a graduate assistant-counselor for Northern Illinois University.

She has a B.A. from Tuskegee University and a J.D. from Northern Illinois University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 215 condo sales in Hyde Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $164,500.
